A fantastic winter version of the Italian classic
Ingredients:
- 30ml Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur
- 30ml sweet vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Torino or Cinzano 1757 Rosso)
- 30ml Campari
- A twist of clementine zest
Method:
Pour the Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur, the vermouth and the Campari into a rocks glass and stir.
Add ice and garnish with a slice of clementine zest, twisted to release the oil.
