Reverend Hubert's Champagne Cocktail

A perfect cocktail for a party or Christmas get together

Ingredients:

• Cube of sugar
• Bitters – ideally orange
• 40ml of Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur
• Prosecco or Champagne
• Maraschino cherry

Place the sugar cube in your glass and sprinkle dashes of the bitters onto the sugar - orange bitters are a super wow here if you have them. Next add the Reverend Hubert Winter Gin Liqueur. Top up with Prosecco or Champagne. Finally drop in a maraschino cherry.
