You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed the sign up process procedure before item(s) are dispatched to you. Deliveries of the Reverend Hubert can only be accepted by person/s aged 18 or over.

Yes, you can send our products as a gift to someone else, but that person must be 18 or over.

Deliveries are generally made by Royal Mail and are sent by Second Class post unless First Class has been paid for separately. Please note that we may use other delivery couriers on occasion.  You will need to give us a telephone number for the person who is receiving the goods.

Shipping cost is based on weight. Just add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.

You can cancel your order without incurring any costs if it hasn’t been dispatched. Please contact us at info@reverendhubert.com as quickly as possible to confirm the cancellation and next steps. If your order has already been dispatched, then you can still cancel it, but you will be responsible for the collection costs and safe return of the cancelled goods to our head office.

If a breakage occurs during the delivery process, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the broken item, which will be re-dispatched free of charge. Please notify us of any breakages email to info@reverendhubert.com within three working days. The broken goods must be returned within a further 7 days from notification.

We are unable to currently dispatch spirits outside the UK, but we will consider requests individually. Do get in touch with us a info@reverendhubert.com and we’ll do our best to help you.
