How to drink our Summer Cup
Classic Summer Cup
Perfect refreshment for a garden party, simply add sunshine and a crowd
Ingredients:
1 part Reverend Hubert Summer Cup
2 parts soda (or replace one part soda with lemonade if you prefer)
Ice, strawberries, mint
Method:
To serve, grab a glass or even better a jug, add all the ingredients and stir with a stick of rhubarb.

The Reverend's Cotswold Spritz
Our spin on a summer spritz is a real crowd-pleaser
Ingredients:
50ml Reverend Hubert Summer Cup
100ml Prosecco or English sparkling wine
50ml soda
Ice
An orange slice
Method:
Simply add all the ingredients and garnish with the orange slice.

Our Story
Originally made in 1904 by Reverend Hubert Bell Lester using prizewinning fruit from the vicarage garden for his congregation's summer fete; the recipe has been recreated and improved by his great-grandson Thomas.
