Summer Sour Cocktail Recipe

If you like some zing with your sweet then try our refreshing take on a classic sour

Ingredients:

• 50ml Reverend Hubert Summer Cup 
• 25ml egg white
• 30ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• A lemon slice
• A maraschino cherry

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Give it a hard shake. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the lemon slice and the maraschino cherry.
